干部异地交流与地方经济发展——关系型契约VS市场型契约

【摘要】：经济增长背后需要与之契合和支撑的政治结构。干部异地交流制度下,不同来源的官员在推动地方经济发展方面存在差异。地方政府的官员与企业间存在相互依赖与互利的关系,契约关系的不同导致不同的官员对于企业的依赖、产业的选择具有不同的特征,进而形成了不同的发展绩效。
[Abstract]:Economic growth needs to fit and support the political structure behind it. Under the system of cadre exchange in different places, officials from different sources are different in promoting the development of local economy. The mutual dependence and mutual benefit exist between the officials of local government and the enterprises. The different contractual relations lead to the different officials' dependence on the enterprises, and the choice of industries has different characteristics, thus forming different development performance.
