驻外学生党建工作全覆盖的探索与实践——以中国石油大学为例

【摘要】：驻外学生规模日益庞大,成为人才培养中一个不可忽视的新群体新现象,驻外学生培养成为学校培养的延伸。由于驻外学生远离校园,流动性强,生活学习空间分散,时间较长,归属感缺乏,导致学生在驻外期间的思想建设、生活学习等方面存在诸多问题和不便,如何做好学生驻外期间的教育和管理,是十分迫切的现实任务。中国石油大学以支部建设作为驻外学生教育管理的桥头堡垒,在制度保障和队伍建设方面靠前管理,改进组织建设和思想教育的效果,提升服务能力和水平,实现了对驻外学生的管理全面有效地覆盖,为驻外学生提供了坚强的思想和政治保障。
[Abstract]:The growing size of the students abroad has become a new phenomenon which can not be ignored in the training of talents. The training of students abroad has become an extension of the school training. The students are far from campus, have strong mobility, the space of life and study is scattered, the time is long, and the sense of belonging is short. There are many problems and inconveniences. How to do a good job of the education and management of the students in the outside world is an urgent and realistic task. China University of Petroleum takes the branch construction as the bridgehead fortress for the education management of the students abroad. It can improve the effect of the organization construction and ideological education and improve the service ability in the aspects of system guarantee and team construction. Strength and level have achieved effective and comprehensive coverage of the management of students stationed abroad, providing strong ideological and political support for foreign students.
