【摘要】：中共中央南方局妇女运动委员会(简称南方局妇委)是抗战时期中国共产党在国统区领导的一个妇女工作部门,它在艰难的环境下领导着国统区广大妇女开展抗日救亡和自身的解放运动。南方局妇委在中国共产党正确方针的指导下,通过采取一系列的措施,不仅推动了抗战时期国统区的妇女救亡事业,而且为唤起更多的妇女加入抗日救亡行列和推动抗战胜利也作出了卓越的贡献。抗战时期南方局妇委领导的国统区的妇女救亡运动之所以能够取得巨大成效,与它灵活多变的斗争策略和方法是密不可分的。首先,在策略上,强调把求同存异与区别对待相结合。其次,在内容上,强调抗日民主与妇女自身解放相结合。最后,在方法上,强调合法斗争与“非法”斗争相结合。这些斗争策略有利于团结一切可以团结的力量,孤立打击敌对分子,对坚持抗战,反对投降,夺取抗战胜利起到了推动作用。日前,学术界对抗战时期南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动研究并不多,因此,本文初步系统研究抗战时期南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动,对于在一定程度上弥补学术界对这一研究的欠缺,以抛砖引玉,引起学术界对国统区的妇女救亡运动的关注和重视,并对当前中国共产党如何巩固和扩大统一战线,加强对妇女工作的领导是具有重要理论价值和现实意义的。本文从五个方面对抗战时期南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动进行了初步的研究和探索。第一部分,阐述了抗战时期南方局妇委领导开展妇女救亡运动的历史背景,指出在抗日战争爆发,中国面临着生死存亡的危急时刻,中国共产党呼吁全国人民团结起来共同抗日。而各地兴起的一些妇女组织和妇女团体,也对抗战时期的妇女救亡运动起到了重要推动作用。中共中央也一直十分重视妇女救亡运动事业的发展,并主张广大妇女加入到反帝反封建的革命浪潮中来,同时争取妇女自身的解放。国共的第二次合作的实现,也为南方局妇委开展妇女救亡运动创造了条件。第二部分,归纳了抗战时期南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动的主要内容,包括:重视战时儿童保育会发展,团结广大妇女抢救难童,;通过卓有成效的统战工作,改组新生活运动妇女指导委员会,组织起抗日民族统一战线的妇女组织;维护妇女权益,以更好推动妇女加入抗战大军中;通过创办期刊以及非文字宣传方式加强对各阶层妇女的宣传;组织广大妇女投身抗日活动中来促进妇女救亡运动的发展。第三部分,总结了抗战时期南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动的特点。在策略上,强调把求同存异与区别对待相结合;在内容上,强调抗日民主与妇女自身解放相结合。在方法上,强调合法斗争与“非法”斗争相结合。第四部分,探讨了抗战时期南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动的成效。首先,它增强了夺取抗战胜利的力量。南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动不仅在物质上为抗战胜利提供支持,而且在各个方面都为抗战胜利提供了力量。其次,它巩固和发展了抗日民族统一战线。南方局妇委提出要以统一战线的策略去团结各界妇女同胞,促进了妇女界统一战线的发展。最后,它促进了妇女的解放。南方局妇委将妇女解放和民族解放结合起来,有利于保护妇女的合法权益,激发妇女的抗战热情。第五部分,总结了抗战时期南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动的经验和启示。南方局妇委领导的妇女救亡运动的经验是:重视妇女在抗战的中的重要作用是开展妇女救亡运动的前提条件;坚持党的领导是妇女救亡运动蓬勃开展的重要保证;结合妇女特点开展妇女救亡运动是有效方法;丰富多样的斗争形式是妇女救亡运动取得成功的重要途径;团结一切可以团结的妇女理论是开展妇女救亡运动的基本方针;重视培养妇女干部是开展妇女救亡运动取得成效的重要手段。以史为鉴,在当今中国社会,中国共产党更应该重视对妇女的统战工作,通过尊重妇女主体地位,保障妇女权益;结合实际情况创新工作的方法和载体;推动高层次女性人才的培养等方法,促进全国各族人民的团结,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”而努力奋斗。
