【摘要】：正党的十九大报告顺应中国特色社会主义进入新时代给党的建设提出的新要求,站在实现新时代党的历史使命的战略高度,以统揽伟大斗争、伟大工程、伟大事业、伟大梦想的宏大视野,对党的建设作出了全面部署,是新时代管党治党的行动纲领。深刻认识新时代全面从严治党的重大意义坚定不移全面从严治党,不断提高党的执政能力和领导水平,这是党的十九大报告基于对马克思主义执政党建设规律的深入探索、管党治党经验的系统总结、进入新时代党的建设面临形势
[Abstract]:The 19th CPC National Congress report of the Chinese Communist Party conforms to the new demands put forward by socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era for Party building, stands at the strategic height of realizing the historical mission of the Party in the new era, and takes on great struggles, great projects and great undertakings in a unified manner.
