领导干部“命运共同体”思维及运用艺术

【摘要】："命运共同体"不但是一种外交理念,也是一种领导思维。作为领导思维,它包含为政以德、和而不同、共享发展三个方面的内涵。领导干部"命运共同体"思维的运用艺术,需要从以下几方面着手:其一,在领导与群众之间,要始终坚持人民立场、普惠、共享;其二,在领导班子之间,要始终坚持修德和睦、发扬民主、批评与自我批评;其三,在不同部门之间,要始终坚持党政同责、齐心协力、同抓共管的理念;其四,本部门和中央之间保持高度一致,坚持看齐意识,服从中央权威。
[Abstract]:The Community of Destiny is not only a diplomatic idea, but also a leading thought. As a leading thought, it contains three connotations of politics with virtue, harmony but difference, and sharing development. The art of applying the thinking of "destiny community" among leading cadres needs to begin from the following aspects: first, between leaders and the masses, we must always adhere to the people's stand, and we should make it more popular and shared; and second, among the leading bodies, We must always adhere to the concept of maintaining harmony between morality and morality, promoting democracy, criticizing and criticizing ourselves; thirdly, we should always adhere to the concept of party and government responsibilities, concerted efforts and common management among different departments; fourth, we should maintain a high degree of consistency between our departments and the Central Committee. Adhere to a sense of conformity, obedience to the authority of the central authorities.
