【摘要】：正当前,"两学一做"学习教育正在全党范围内蓬勃开展。在成建制的机关单位,由于有完备的归口管理体系,开展比较顺畅。而党员中一个特殊群体——流动党员,由于其工作和生活存在分散、流动等特点,参加正常的组织生活都难,开展"两学一做"学习教育更是难上加难。如何有效地突破这个难点、打开流动党员工作新局面,是当前党员教育管理工作面临的重大课题之一,也是全面从严治党、"两学一做"全覆盖要求所提出的重
[Abstract]:At present, the "two schools one do" learning education is vigorously carried out throughout the party. In the organizational units, due to a complete management system, more smooth.
