基层党建工作现状及管理对策

【摘要】：在以输气生产经营为重心的目标下,基层党建工作认识不足,党支部重视程度不够;同时,由于基层党支部党员占比小而分散、生产任务重、管理松散、党组织生活单一等原因,形成了以党支部书记为导演的自编自唱微舞台;因此,切合实际发挥基层党支部战斗堡垒作用,充分调动一线党员工作责任心,激发党员参与各项组织活动的热情,引导党员积极参与责任区共建、结对子、一帮一、党员先锋岗、入党积极分子发展和培养、网络督导员等有效措施,为党支部恒动力持续加油、不断助力,促使战斗堡垒作用坚固而持久。

To stimulate the enthusiasm of party members to participate in various organizational activities, to guide party members to actively participate in the co-construction of the responsible areas, to tie in with each other, to help each other, to advance the ranks of party members, to enter into the development and training of party activists, and to take effective measures such as network supervisors, etc. Continued refueling for the Party branch constant power, continuous support, to promote the role of the fighting fortress strong and lasting.
