【摘要】：全面从严治党,需要进一步净化党内关系、纠正不正之风。首先,要力戒党内关系利益化,把净化党内关系和党风廉政建设结合起来,严防干部结成利益圈子,防止在干部选拔任用中搞利益交换,斩断决策和权力运用中的利益输送链条。其次,要力戒党内关系权力化,正确处理个人和组织的关系,坚决杜绝形形色色的人身依附关系。再次,要力戒党内关系庸俗化,进一步强化干部的政治修养,发挥干部选拔任用对党内关系发展的引领作用,严明党的纪律和规矩,坚决抵制封建主义的官场文化。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to further purify the relations within the Party and correct unhealthy tendencies in administering the Party in a comprehensive and strict manner. First of all, we must vigorously refrain from the interests of inner-party relations, combine the purification of inner-party relations with the building of a clean and honest party style, strictly prevent cadres from forming interest circles, and prevent the exchange of interests in the selection and appointment of cadres. Cut off the chain of transfer of benefits in decision making and power application. Secondly, we should refrain from the power of inner-party relations, correctly handle the relations between individuals and organizations, and resolutely put an end to all forms of personal attachment. Thirdly, we should strongly refrain from vulgarization of inner-party relations, further strengthen the political accomplishment of cadres, give play to the leading role of cadre selection and appointment in the development of inner-party relations, strictly clarify the party's discipline and rules, and resolutely resist the feudal officialdom culture.
