党内政治文化理论逻辑的三维探析

【摘要】：作为党内政治生活的灵魂与党内政治生态的土壤,党内政治文化是管党治党最基本、最深层、最持久的力量。加强党内政治文化建设既是新的历史时期党的建设新的伟大工程的重大命题,也是全面从严治党实现由"治标"到"治本"重要转折的关键环节。中国共产党在领导人民革命、建设、改革的历史实践中积淀而成了具有深厚历史底蕴、浓重红色内涵、鲜明先进特质的党内政治文化,形成了独具一格的中国气派与内在逻辑。透过文化、组织、政治的三重理论视角,科学认识党内政治文化的独特内在逻辑,既是正确把握党内政治文化中国气派的必要条件,又是加强党内政治文化建设的基本前提。
[Abstract]:As the soul of inner-party political life and the soil of inner-party political ecology, the inner-party political culture is the most basic, the deepest and the most lasting force to govern the Party. Strengthening the party's political and cultural construction is not only an important proposition of the new great project of the party's construction in the new historical period, but also a key link to realize the important turning point from "administering the symptoms" to "managing the root cause" in an all-round and strict way. In the historical practice of leading the people's revolution, construction and reform, the Communist Party of China has accumulated into the inner-party political culture with profound historical background, heavy red connotation and distinct advanced characteristics, forming a unique style of Chinese style and internal logic. From the perspective of the triple theory of culture, organization and politics, it is necessary to correctly grasp the Chinese style of inner-party political culture and the basic premise to strengthen the construction of inner-party political culture by scientifically understanding the unique internal logic of inner-party political culture.
