企业党组织在和谐劳动关系中的作用

【摘要】：企业党组织在和谐劳动关系的创建中发挥着不可替代的作用,能够促进员工积极参与民主管理,并协调多方关系,积极预防和处理劳动争议;同时又发挥着凝心聚力和政治引导的作用。全面发挥企业党组织对和谐劳动关系的作用,党组织要建立健全齐抓共创、多方联动的协调体制,不断改善工作作风,加大关心帮扶力度,深入开展企业和谐劳动关系实践活动。
[Abstract]:The enterprise party organization plays an irreplaceable role in the establishment of harmonious labor relations, which can promote the employees to participate in democratic management actively, coordinate the multi-party relations, and actively prevent and deal with labor disputes. At the same time, it also plays the role of cohesion and political guidance. To give full play to the role of enterprise party organizations in harmonious labor relations, the party organizations should establish and improve a coordinated system of joint efforts and joint efforts, constantly improve their work style, and increase their care and support.
