当前基层班子内部矛盾分析及解决途径

【摘要】：正党的建设实践证明,只有党组织团结才能增强凝聚力,形成坚强的领导核心,实践正确决策,才能带领群众顺利完成各项任务。从当前基层班子情况看,团结状况总的来说是好的,多数班子形成了比较坚强的领导核心,但也确有少数班子出现了一些问题,班子不团结,委员争高低。这些都直接影响了班子在群众中的威信,最终导致基层建设受到损失。实践告诉我们,抓好基
[Abstract]:The practice of the Party building proves that only the unity of the party organizations can strengthen the cohesion, form a strong leading core, practice correct decision-making, and lead the masses to complete all tasks smoothly.
