论全面从严治党视域下高校基层党组织实干精神的强化

【摘要】：强化实干,不仅是高校基层党组织建设全面从严的应有之义,且是全面从严治党对高校基层党组织建设的现实要求,更是高校基层党组织建设落实全面从严治党的重要路径。在当前高校基层党组织建设中按照全面从严治党的要求强化实干精神,还面临着多元多变的复杂环境、曲解误读的认识偏差和基层党建的工作差距等主客观方面的挑战和考验。在高校落实全面从严治党、贯彻全国高校思想政治工作会议精神,要求我们必须增强责任意识、强化实干精神,在思想建设中突出实干教育、在组织建设中强化实干标准、在作风建设中形成实干特色、在制度建设上体现实干导向,积极回应挑战和考验,切实把高校基层党组织建设成为坚强的战斗堡垒和政治核心。
[Abstract]:To strengthen the practical work is not only the proper meaning of the construction of the grass-roots party organization in colleges and universities, but also the realistic requirement of the Party's comprehensive and strict administration of the Party organization at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, as well as the important path for the construction of the grass-roots party organization in colleges and universities to carry out the comprehensive and strict administration of the party. In the current construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities, we should strengthen the spirit of practical work in accordance with the requirements of running the party in an all-round and strict manner, and also face challenges and tests from the subjective and objective aspects, such as the complex and diversified environment, the misunderstanding of misreading and the gap between the work of the Party building at the grass-roots level and so on. To carry out the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party and the spirit of the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, we must strengthen our sense of responsibility, strengthen the spirit of practical work, give prominence to practical education in ideological construction, and strengthen the standards of practical work in the course of organizational construction. In the construction of work style, we should form the characteristics of practical work, embody the guidance of practical work in the construction of system, respond positively to the challenge and test, and make the construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities into a strong fighting fortress and political core.
