中央苏区妇女政治动员研究

【摘要】：政治动员是中国共产党独特的政治领导方式,是中共把群众发动和组织起来参加革命的特色,体现了党的群众路线。战争使男子奔赴战场,苏区生产和生活的重担落在妇女身上,妇女成了共产党动员的对象,对妇女的政治动员是中央苏区时期社会动员的重要组成部分。中国共产党从了解妇女的实际需要出发,在政治权利方面给予关注,保护妇女经济文化权益、保障参政议政权和婚姻自由权等权利方面构成政治动员的主要内容。中国共产党在革命的实践中对妇女进行的政治动员,调动了妇女的革命积极性,提高了苏区妇女的政治参与,使她们开始觉醒,不满自身所处的现状,从而开创了政治动员的新局面。同时,党领导的政治动员,使生活在压迫下的农村妇女得到了解放,进而推动了中国民主革命最终走向胜利。本文正文由四部分组成：第一部分,分析了中央苏区妇女政治动员的缘由。主要从当时妇女的生存困境及其现实诉求、马克思主义妇女观对苏区政治动员的影响以及革命形势的需要三个方面来论述。第二部分,概述了中央苏区妇女政治动员的策略。在苏维埃土地革命期间,共产党领导苏区妇女开展政治动员,保障妇女经济权利,提升妇女经济地位;保障参政议政权,发扬民主精神；保障文化教育权,提升妇女素养；保障婚姻自由权,塑造自由女性四个方面来论述中共在苏区对妇女进行的政治动员。第三部分,考察了中央苏区妇女政治动员特色及成效。本文通过“强制性政治动员”夯实动员基础,“诱导性政治动员”巩固效果。以此使妇女的地位和政治觉悟得到提高；苏维埃革命运动获得发展；苏区社会新风尚逐渐形成；马克思主义妇女观得到发展。第四部分,揭示了中央苏区妇女政治动员的现实启示。以马克思主义妇女观为指导,推进实现男女平等；推动实现平等就业,保障妇女经济权益；提高妇女参与政治的水平,维护她们合法权益；建立健全平等受教育社会机制,保障妇女教育权益；完善相关法律法令,保障妇女婚姻权益；不断创新政治动员的方法,提高动员效果。总之,本文依据国情,实事求是,不断创新,以比较丰富的历史资料,通过对中国共产党在中央苏区时期对妇女开展政治动员的研究,推动妇女解放事业进一步发展。同时用马克思主义理论分析历史问题,试图在妇女政治动员和妇女解放的研究方面进行新的结合和尝试。
[Abstract]:Political mobilization is a unique way of political leadership of the Communist Party of China. It is the characteristic of the Communist Party of China to start and organize the masses to participate in the revolution, which embodies the mass line of the Party. The war caused men to go to the battlefield, and the burden of production and life in Soviet areas fell on women, and women became the object of mobilization by the Communist Party. Political mobilization of women was an important part of social mobilization in the Central Soviet area. In order to understand the actual needs of women, the Communist Party of China pays close attention to political rights, protects women's economic and cultural rights and interests, and guarantees the right to participate in political affairs and discuss political affairs and the right to freedom of marriage, which constitutes the main content of political mobilization. The political mobilization of women carried out by the Communist Party of China in the practice of revolution has aroused the revolutionary enthusiasm of women, increased the political participation of women in the Soviet areas, and caused them to begin to wake up and be dissatisfied with their status quo. Thus opened up a new situation of political mobilization. At the same time, the political mobilization led by the Party liberated the rural women living under oppression, and promoted the Chinese democratic revolution to victory. The text consists of four parts: the first part analyzes the reasons of women's political mobilization in Central Soviet area. This paper mainly discusses the plight of women's existence at that time and their realistic demands, the influence of Marxist concept of women on the political mobilization of Soviet areas and the need of the revolutionary situation. The second part summarizes the strategy of women's political mobilization in Central Soviet area. During the Soviet Agrarian Revolution, the Communist Party led women in Soviet areas to carry out political mobilization, to ensure women's economic rights, to promote women's economic status, to safeguard the right to participate in government affairs, to carry forward the spirit of democracy, to safeguard the right to culture and education, and to enhance women's literacy. This paper discusses the political mobilization of Chinese Communist Party to women in Soviet area from four aspects: safeguarding the right to freedom of marriage and shaping free women. The third part examines the characteristics and effects of women's political mobilization in Central Soviet area. This paper compels the foundation of mobilization through "compulsory political mobilization", and consolidates the effect of "inductive political mobilization". In this way, the status and political consciousness of women were raised; the Soviet revolutionary movement was developed; the new social fashion in the Soviet area was gradually formed; and the Marxist view of women was developed. The fourth part reveals the realistic enlightenment of women's political mobilization in Central Soviet area. Under the guidance of the Marxist concept of women, we should promote the realization of equality between men and women, promote equal employment, safeguard women's economic rights and interests, improve women's participation in politics, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and establish and improve a social mechanism for equal access to education. To protect women's rights and interests in education, to perfect relevant laws and decrees, to protect women's rights and interests in marriage, to innovate the methods of political mobilization, and to improve the mobilization effect. In a word, based on the national conditions, seeking truth from facts, constantly innovating, and with abundant historical data, this paper studies the political mobilization of women by the Communist Party of China in the period of Central Soviet area, and promotes the further development of women's liberation. At the same time, using Marxist theory to analyze historical problems, try to make a new combination and attempt in the research of women's political mobilization and women's liberation.
