抓基层党建要有“微积分”思维

【摘要】：正治国安邦,重在基层。组织部门作为基层党建工作的具体组织者、实施者,必须要开拓创新、主动攻坚、潜心总结,特别是要借鉴"微积分"思维,将基层党建工作从"坚硬巨石"分解成"粒粒细沙",再将"细沙"重塑成精美雕塑,从而发挥其最大效用。树立"微分"理念,在落细落小上寻求突破"微分"思维启迪于基层党建的庞大结构与基层党建工作者能力素质的不相适应,这种矛盾尤其在农村表现得比较明显。要解决这种矛盾不是一朝一夕之功,但我们可以通过实行基层党建项目化管理来缓解这种矛盾。
[Abstract]:The country is under peace and security, and the key is at the grassroots level. As the concrete organizers and implementers of the Party building work at the grass-roots level, the organizational department must open up and innovate, take the initiative to attack the key points, and concentrate on summing up, especially to draw lessons from the "calculus" thinking. The basic Party building work is decomposed from "hard boulder" to "granular fine sand", and then "fine sand" is remolded into fine sculpture, thus exerting its maximum effect. To set up the concept of "differentiation" and to seek a breakthrough in the thinking of "differentiation" enlighten the huge structure of party building at the grass-roots level and the ability and quality of the party builders at the grass-roots level. This contradiction is especially evident in rural areas. It is not an overnight task to solve this contradiction, but we can alleviate it by carrying out the project management of Party building at the grass-roots level.
