高校建立不合格党员退出机制问题探析

【摘要】：通过剖析高校建立不合格党员退出机制存在思想认识不到位、考核方式不完善、界定标准不明确、处置程序可操作性不强的问题,提出提高思想认识、完善高校党员考核方式、明确界定高校不合格党员标准和规范不合格党员处置程序等解决措施,为探索建立高校不合格党员退出机制及党员能进能出机制提供有意义的参考。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the problems existing in the establishment of the withdrawal mechanism of unqualified Party members in colleges and universities, such as the lack of ideological understanding, imperfect assessment methods, unclear standards of definition, and weak operability of handling procedures, it is proposed to improve the ideological understanding and improve the examination methods of Party members in colleges and universities. This paper clearly defines the standard of unqualified Party members in colleges and universities and standardizes the disposal procedure of unqualified Party members, which provides a meaningful reference for exploring and establishing the withdrawal mechanism of unqualified Party members in colleges and universities and the mechanism of Party members' ability to enter and exit.
