2015基层党建创新与社会治理现代化论坛在京举行

【摘要】：正2012年,中共广东省委组织部借鉴抓经济项目的办法,落实"书记抓、抓书记"基层党建工作责任制,向各地级以上市委组织部、省直机关工委、省委教育工委、省国资委党委发出《关于实施抓基层党建创新"书记项目"的通知》,要求各单位参照省里的做法,在本地区本单位实施抓基层党建创新"书记项目",继而启动了覆盖广东全省的基层党建创新活动。在中共广东省委组织部的支持和协调下,人民论坛杂志社、《国家治理》周刊组成专题调研组,于2014年7月起,
[Abstract]:In 2012, the organization department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China drew lessons from the method of grasping economic projects, implemented the responsibility system of "secretary and secretary" in the party building work at the grass-roots level, and referred to the organization department of the municipal party committee at or above the prefectural level, the working committee of provincial organs directly, and the education work committee of the provincial party committee. The party committee of the provincial SASAC has issued a notice on implementing the "secretary project" for carrying out the Party building and innovating at the grass-roots level, asking all units to follow the practice in the province. In this area, the Party building innovation "secretary project" was carried out, and the grass-roots Party building innovation activity covering Guangdong province was started. With the support and coordination of the organization department of the Guangdong Provincial CPC Committee, the people's Forum magazine and State Governance Weekly set up a special research group, which began in July 2014.
