东营市河口区基层党建工作创新研究

【摘要】：基层党组织是党全部工作和战斗力的基础,是落实国家大政方针政策的具体执行者。自中国共产党成立以来,所有党的路线方针政策都靠基层党组织去贯彻落实,上级党委的各项安排部署要通过基层党组织团结带领群众去完成,可以说,基层党组织是党和人民群众之间的纽带和桥梁,有着密不可分的血肉联系。笔者自进入组织部工作以来,对基层党建工作的重要性有了更加清晰的认识。经过系统梳理在组织部工作以来的经验感悟,结合东营市河口区实际,对基层党建工作中存在的问题和原因进行理性分析,提出促进和改进基层党建工作的意见建议。治国安邦,重在基层;管党治党,重在基础。习近平总书记指出,党的工作最坚实的力量支撑在基层,最突出的矛盾问题也在基层,必须把抓基层打基础作为长远之计和固本之举,努力使每个基层党组织都成为坚强战斗堡垒。习总书记上台以来,把基层党建工作提到了前所未有的高度,在全社会形成了“大抓基层、大抓党建”的浓厚氛围,基层党建工作开展情况也成为考核领导干部的重要指标。基层党建工作从过去的以理论研究为主,到现在知行合一,推动各项事业统筹协调发展。可以说,基层党建工作在推动社会经济发展方面起着越来越重要的作用。希望通过此论文,对基层党建工作开展尽绵薄之力,进一步提高基层党组织的凝聚力和战斗力。
[Abstract]:The basic Party organization is the foundation of all the Party's work and combat effectiveness, and the concrete executor of the state's general policies and policies. Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, all the Party's line, principles, and policies have been implemented by the grass-roots party organizations. The arrangements of the party committees at the higher levels should be completed through the unity of the grass-roots party organizations and leading the masses, it can be said. The basic Party organization is the link and bridge between the Party and the people. The author has had a clearer understanding of the importance of the Party building at the grass-roots level since he entered the work of the Organization Department. Through systematically combing the experience and understanding since the work of the Organization Department, combining with the reality of Dongying City Hekou District, this paper makes a rational analysis of the problems and causes existing in the grass-roots party building work, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting and improving the grass-roots party building work. Governing the country and peace lies at the grassroots level; governing the Party and governing the Party is the foundation. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the most solid strength of the party's work lies at the grass-roots level, and the most prominent contradictions are also at the grass-roots level. We must take laying a foundation at the grass-roots level as a long-term plan and a firm foundation. Strive to make every grassroots Party organization become a strong fighting fortress. Since General Secretary Xi took office, he has raised the work of party building at the grass-roots level to an unprecedented height, and has formed a strong atmosphere of "paying great attention to grassroots units and building party building" in the whole society, and the development of party building work at the grass-roots level has also become an important indicator for assessing leading cadres. Grass-roots party building work from the past to theoretical research, to the present unity of knowledge and action to promote the coordinated development of all undertakings. It can be said that the basic Party building work in promoting social and economic development plays an increasingly important role. It is hoped that through this paper, we can do our best to improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of grass-roots Party organizations.
