学习领会习近平同志的干部观

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平同志着眼坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、进行具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争,围绕培养选拔党和人民需要的好干部,提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新要求,形成了一个科学系统的干部工作思想体系,可以称之为习近平同志的干部观。认真学习研究习近平同志的干部观,深刻领会其基本内涵和精神实质,切实用以武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作,具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, Comrade Xi Jinping has focused on upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, engaged in a great struggle with many new historical characteristics, and put forward a series of new ideas around training and selecting good cadres needed by the party and the people. The new views and requirements form a scientific and systematic ideological system of cadre work, which can be called Comrade Xi Jinping's view of cadres. It is of great significance to study and study Comrade Xi Jinping's views on cadres, to deeply understand their basic connotation and spiritual essence, to use them to arm their minds, to guide practice, and to promote their work.
