以“两学一做”学习教育提升高校党建工作科学化水平

【摘要】："两学一做"学习教育活动作为新时期党中央全面从严治党、加强党的思想政治建设的重要战略部署,是全面推动从严治党向基层延伸、进一步巩固党的群众路线教育实践活动和"三严三实"专题教育成果的重要战略举措。以"两学一做"学习教育活动提升高校党建工作水平,必须深刻理解"两学一做"学习教育活动的内涵与要求,将目标管理纳入高校党的建设工作总体布局统筹考量,构建"学与做"的长效机制,高度重视并全面加强高校党的制度建设,健全并创新高校党建工作责任制和考核评价体系。
[Abstract]:As an important strategic plan for the Party Central Committee to administer the Party in an all-round and strict manner and strengthen the party's ideological and political construction in the new period, the "two schools, one job" study and education activities are to comprehensively promote the extension of strict administration of the party to the grass-roots level. Further consolidate the Party's mass line education practice activities and the "three strict and three facts" special education achievements of the important strategic measures. In order to raise the level of party building work in colleges and universities with the "two learning and one doing" study and education activities, we must deeply understand the connotation and requirements of the "two learning and one doing" learning education activities, and take the objective management into consideration in the overall layout of the party building work in colleges and universities. We should build a long-term mechanism of "learning and doing", attach great importance to and strengthen the construction of the Party's system in colleges and universities, perfect and innovate the system of responsibility and evaluation of party building work in colleges and universities.
