延安时期中国共产党政党文化建设的经验与启示

【摘要】：延安时期中国共产党在文化建设方面的多方探索,是中共政党文化建设走向成熟的重要实践。延安时期,中国共产党人以马克思主义中国化为旨归,构建起以民族主义、新民主主义为核心的新型话语体系,实现了国家意识形态(文化)与社会意识形态(文化)的同向建构,联通了精英文化与大众文化,凸显了政党文化的导向、引领、示范、凝聚功能,实现了马克思主义与中国传统、理论与实践、历史与现实、人民性与党性的统一。中共政党文化的构建及传播提高了中国共产党的合法性、动员能力和政治认同,显示了中国共产党在复杂国内、国际形势下及传统与现代冲突背景下政党文化建设方面的创新性和灵活性。
[Abstract]:The exploration of the Chinese Communist Party in the cultural construction in Yan'an period is an important practice of the cultural construction of the Communist Party of China. During the Yan'an period, the Communist Party of China aimed at the Sinicization of Marxism and constructed a new discourse system with nationalism and new democracy as the core. It realizes the codirectional construction of national ideology (culture) and social ideology (culture), connects elite culture and mass culture, highlights the orientation, guidance, demonstration and cohesion function of party culture. It realizes the unity of Marxism and Chinese tradition, theory and practice, history and reality, people and party spirit. The construction and dissemination of the party culture of the Communist Party of China has enhanced the legitimacy, mobilization ability and political identity of the Communist Party of China, showing that the Communist Party of China is in a complex country. Innovation and flexibility in the construction of political party culture under the international situation and the background of traditional and modern conflicts.
