公私之辨:论党内政治文化建设

【摘要】：在党内政治文化建设中,公私之辨,意义重大。中国共产党关于立党为公、天下为公、大公无私、克己奉公等"为公"的政治理念,是党内政治文化的集中体现,也是中国共产党区别于西方政党的独特精神标识。"为公去私"的党内政治文化建设,需要在政治教育、政治制度、政治行为三个方面三位一体的系统性建设。
[Abstract]:In the political and cultural construction of the party, the public-private debate is of great significance. The Communist Party of China's political concept of "serving the public", such as "serving the public", is the central embodiment of the party's political culture and a unique spiritual symbol of the Communist Party of China distinguished from Western political parties. " The construction of inner-party political culture for the sake of public and private needs the systematic construction in three aspects: political education, political system and political behavior.
