论全面从严治党的继承性与创新性

【摘要】：全面从严治党是新一届党中央面对新的形势和任务为加强党的建设做出的新努力,其主要内涵突出地表现在"全面"、"从严"和"治党"三个方面。中国共产党自成立伊始就坚持"管党治党"的方针,全面从严治党体现了新一届党中央在党建理论与实践上的继承性,主要表现在"反四风"改善工作作风、"打虎拍蝇"强化反腐败、"从严治吏"促进组织建设、"精神补钙"加强思想建设、"遵章建制"促进制度建设。同时,面对近年来"世情"、"国情"和"党情"的新形势,全面从严治党也实现了不同以往的创新,具体可归结为理论观点创新、实践思路创新和行事风格创新三个方面。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is a new effort made by the new Party Central Committee in the face of the new situation and task to strengthen the party building, the main connotation of which is prominently manifested in three aspects: "comprehensive", "strict" and "administering the party". Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has adhered to the policy of "governing the party and administering the party," and has comprehensively and strictly managed the party, which embodies the inheritance of the new Party Central Committee in the theory and practice of party building, mainly manifested in the "anti-four winds" to improve the work style. "beat the tiger and beat the fly" to strengthen the anti-corruption, "strict administration of officials" to promote the building of organizations, "spiritual calcium" to strengthen the ideological construction, "to comply with the system" to promote the construction of the system. At the same time, in the face of the new situation of "world feeling", "national condition" and "party sentiment" in recent years, we have also realized different innovations in managing the party in an all-round and strict way, which can be summed up in three aspects: the innovation of theoretical viewpoint, the innovation of practical thinking and the innovation of acting style.
