以片区化战略突破发展瓶颈

【摘要】：正县委书记作为县委的"班长",面对发展难题,必须发扬担当精神,寻找一条符当地实际的发展之路。泰安市岱岳区制约发展的最大瓶颈是各乡镇单打独斗,缺乏特色,没有发展核心。如何突破瓶颈?我们经过深入分析调研,提出了片区化发展战略:按照位置相近、特色一致、强弱互补的原则,把17个乡镇(街道)和2个园区整合为"五大片区"。中心城区片区聚焦城市经济,重点发展金融服务业、总部经济等;城市经济拓展片区着力发展IT产业、特色商贸等;高端高效产
[Abstract]:As the "class monitor" of the county party committee, the secretary of the county party committee must carry forward the spirit of responsibility and find a way to meet the actual development situation in the region in the face of the difficult problems of development.
