发电企业关键岗位人员廉洁风险防控体系的构建

【摘要】：正大唐南京发电厂始建于1910年,是中国第一家官办发电厂。现隶属于中国大唐集团公司,是其旗下历史最悠久的火力发电企业。南京发电厂连续5年荣获集团公司先进单位、一流企业、文明单位称号,多次荣获江苏省、南京市文明单位称号。特别是该厂通过关键岗位人员廉洁风险防控管理体系构建,建立健全规章制度,突出人员行为安全监督,深化了廉洁文化建设,促进了管理工作的规范化、流程化、程序化。
[Abstract]:Datang Nanjing Power Plant was built in 1910, is the first official power plant in China. Now affiliated with China Datang Group Company, it is its oldest thermal power generation enterprise. Nanjing Power Plant has been awarded the title of advanced unit, first-class enterprise and civilized unit for 5 consecutive years, and many times won the title of civilized unit of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City. In particular, through the construction of the management system of personnel integrity risk prevention and control in key posts, the establishment and improvement of rules and regulations, the highlighting of personnel behavior safety supervision, the deepening of the construction of clean culture, the promotion of the standardization, process and procedure of management work.
