【摘要】：正2016年秋季以来,全国各地陆续进入党政机关领导干部换届调整的关键时期。干部调整尤其是正副职领导干部的优化配置,是实现人适其事、事得其人、人尽其才的重要手段,是实现干部科学化配置、强化班子功能的重要措施。在我国努力建设服务型政府的背景下,民众对政府公共服务质量提升的期望愈来愈强烈,领导班子
[Abstract]:Since autumn 2016, various parts of the country have entered a critical period of transition and adjustment of leading cadres of party and government organs. The adjustment of cadres, especially the optimal allocation of leading cadres in chief and deputy posts, is an important means to realize the adaptation of people to their own affairs, to obtain them and to make full use of their talents.
