烟草行业深入开展防治系统性廉洁风险工作

【摘要】：正为认真贯彻落实党的十八届六中全会和中央纪委七次全会精神,国家烟草专卖局党组近日印发《关于深入开展防治系统性廉洁风险工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》),对烟草行业防治系统性廉洁风险工作作出部署。《意见》指出,防治系统性廉洁风险,加强党的领导是核心,要确保党组织的领导核心和政治核心作用得到有效发挥;强化对权力运行的制约监督是重点,要坚持问题导向,紧盯重点领域和关键环节,紧盯"关键少数",梳理权力清单,排查廉洁风险,建立健全防控措施;严格制度执行是保障,要建立和完善权责清晰、流程规范、风险明确、措施有力、制度管用、预警及时的廉洁风险防控机制。要坚持把纪律和规矩挺在前面,坚持标本兼治,坚持层层压实责任,坚持容错纠错。
