严肃党内政治生活与政党认同

【摘要】：党的十九大报告提出,严格执行新形势下党内政治生活若干准则,增强党内政治生活的政治性、时代性、原则性、战斗性。党的十八届六中全会审议通过的《关于新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则》对新形势下加强和规范党内政治生活进行全面部署,为严肃党内政治生活、政党认同提供基本遵循,把"四个全面"战略布局提升到新的高度。开展严肃认真的党内政治生活,是马克思主义政党区别于其他政党的重要特征,严肃党内政治生活与党内认同是提升党的执政能力、增强国家治理现代化的重要途径。党的十八大以来,党内政治生活明显加强,但党内政治生活的开展仍然不同程度地存在一些亟待解决的突出问题,在全面从严治党的背景下,严肃党内政治生活与政治认同必须从加强思想政治建设、严格党的组织生活、严明党规党纪、加强党内监督、领导干部率先垂范等方面着力。
[Abstract]:According to the report of the 19th CPC National Congress, strict implementation of certain norms of inner-party political life under the new situation will enhance the political, contemporary, principled and combat character of inner-party political life. The "guidelines on political Life within the Party under the New situation", adopted at the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, made comprehensive arrangements for strengthening and standardizing the inner-party political life under the new situation, so as to provide basic adherence to serious inner-party political life and party identity. Raise the "four comprehensive" strategic layout to a new level. The development of serious inner-party political life is an important characteristic of Marxist political party which is different from other political parties. Serious inner-party political life and inner-party identity are important ways to enhance the ruling ability of the party and strengthen the modernization of national governance. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the inner-party political life has obviously strengthened, but the development of the inner-party political life still has some outstanding problems that need to be solved in varying degrees, under the background of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. Serious inner-party political life and political identity must focus on strengthening ideological and political construction, strict organizational life of the party, strict party discipline, strengthening inner-party supervision, leading cadres leading the way, and so on.
