依托人才培养的高校院系研究生党建模式构建

【摘要】：研究生党建工作是党的路线方针政策在高校、院系、研究生群体中得以贯彻落实的基础和保证,北京师范大学环境学院分党委在研究生党建工作中,紧紧围绕高校的人才培养功能,结合研究生特点与需求,分析依托人才培养的高校院系研究生党建模式的构建意义与思路,依托人才培养机构、引入人才培养理念、借力人才培养团队,构建出全覆盖、清单化、共建式的高校院系研究生党建新模式。
[Abstract]:The Party building work for graduate students is the basis and guarantee for the implementation of the Party's line, principles and policies in universities, departments and groups of graduate students. The Party Committee of the Environmental College of Beijing normal University is in the Party building work of graduate students. Focusing on the talent training function of colleges and universities, combining with the characteristics and needs of graduate students, this paper analyzes the significance and train of thought of the construction of the party construction mode of graduate students in colleges and departments relying on talents training, relies on the personnel training institutions, and introduces the concept of talent training. With the help of personnel training team, a new model of party building for graduate students in colleges and departments in colleges and universities is set up with full coverage, clarification and co-construction.
