【摘要】：现代性道德论证以人的主体理性取代中古时期神性终极权威的同时,却使人们陷入道德相对主义的矛盾与纷争。在情感主义肆虐的后形而上学时代,如何重构道德的合理性基础,探寻普遍有效的道德共识,成为当代道德哲学家共同致力解决的问题。他们的观点和学说虽然都在不同程度上提供了关于道德研究的可行性方向,但也均存在一定的理论困境。价值多元论实质上是一个必须承认并接受的现实,为了规避冲突与伤害,当今社会需要迫切考虑的问题应是如何于公共生活领域寻求道德共识。共同体的形成意味着共识已然成为可能,并且不同区域的共识方式与程度也有所差别。其实,由主体间性的视域原则出发,立足于具体生活实践而得来的现代道德共识自身,以及与之相关的论证方式均有其限度。
[Abstract]:The modern moral argument to the main reason instead of the medieval divine ultimate authority at the same time, it makes people fall into the contradiction and dispute of moral relativism. In emotionalist raging post metaphysics era, how to reconstruct the basis of moral rationality, seek common moral consensus effectively, become the contemporary moral philosophers working together to solve the problem of them. Although the viewpoints and theories in different degree provides a feasible direction on moral research, but also has the theoretical dilemma of value pluralism. The essence is a must recognize and accept the reality, in order to avoid conflict and damage, the urgent need to consider the issue of today's society in the field of public life is to seek moral consensus the formation of means a consensus has become possible community, and different areas of consensus and the degree of difference in the real, From the perspective of intersubjectivity principle, the modern moral consensus itself based on specific life practice and the related argumentation methods have their limits.
