【摘要】：财富伦理是指国家、社会、个人对于财富所持的价值观念和态度,以及在各种因为财富而导致的社会关系中所应遵循的伦理原则与道德规范。它包括三个方面的内容:国家层面的财富伦理、社会层面的财富伦理、个人的财富道德修养。中国特色社会主义财富伦理建设,是社会主义核心价值体系在财富领域的具体践行。它的目的是要通过确立财富伦理规范,对社会主义社会的财富活动进行规范、约束和引导,使国家、社会、个人按照社会主义财富伦理的要求从事财富创造、分配、交换、消费活动,并协调处理好相互之间的关系。当代中国创造了极为丰裕充沛的物质财富和精神财富,但由于各种原因,产生了国富民富不协调、社会财富心态失衡、个人道德修养缺失等失范现象,其解决途径就是要进行财富伦理建设。加强财富伦理建设是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容,是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,是社会主义市场经济的客观需要,是破解当代社会财富问题的现实要求,是一个必要而且紧迫的时代课题。中国特色社会主义财富伦理建设具有广泛的思想基础。中国传统社会的财富道德观念,西方文明的财富伦理思想,中国社会主义革命和建设时期的财富伦理的精神,都是其借鉴和批判继承的思想理论资源。建立在科学的世界观与方法论基础上的马克思主义财富观,为当代中国特色社会主义财富伦理建设确立了方向和指导性原则。中国特色社会主义财富伦理建设的目标分为三个层次:在国家层面,基本目标是确保制度正义,倡导体面劳动,追求富强幸福;在社会层面,基本目标是和谐协调,信用社会,人尽其才、物尽其用;在个人层面,基本目标是使每个人都具有勤勉敬业的创富精神,培育人的发展能力,培育起见利思义、乐于奉献的奉献精神。为了实现这一系列目标,在中国特色社会主义财富伦理建设中,必须遵守人本性、层次性、互利性等三条基本原则,遵循时代性、科学性、民族性等三个基本要求。建设中国特色社会主义财富伦理,就是要按照上述目标、原则和要求,构建当代中国财富伦理规范并付诸实践。在国家层面,其具体规范是节用裕民俭以治国、生产分配公平正义、民富为先藏富于民;在社会层面,其具体规范是以富为荣、以德致富、友善互助;在个人层面,其具体规范是凭良心创造财富、按理性消费财富、存仁慈回馈社会。要落实这些具体规范,要求在国家层面加强制度建设、构建科学的财富伦理制度;在社会层面培育先进的财富伦理文化、养成良好的社会风气;在个人层面提升个人道德修养、培养高尚的财富伦理品质。

The implementation of these specific norms, requirements to strengthen the system construction at the national level, the construction of wealth ethics scientific system; foster advanced wealth ethics culture in society, to form a good social atmosphere; at the individual level to enhance personal moral cultivation, cultivation wealth ethics of high quality.
