【摘要】：把罗尔斯的分配正义理论扩展至全球范围,这是一种富有道德吸引力的理论尝试。全球正义理论强调富国及其公民们对于全球平等分配的道德责任,但作为一种个人主义的学说,它没有对国家代表公民们去行动的道德资格提供说明,从而没能证明富国的公民们为自己国家的行为承担道德责任的条件。这种理论的内在逻辑要求我们回到国家权力正当化的主题上来,而由于国家权力的双重强制性特征,将其正当化的方式就只能是找到公民们能够同意的原则。从平等的公民身份出发将国家权力正当化,这恰恰是罗尔斯式分配正义的真正理由。当国家权力以这种方式被正当化之后,我们就没有理由将国家边界继续视为一种道德上任意的因素,从而也就无法迈向全球平等分配了。
[Abstract]:To expand Rawls' theory of distributive justice to the global scope is a kind of theoretical attempt of moral attraction. The theory of global justice emphasizes the moral responsibility of the rich countries and their citizens for the equal distribution of the world. But as an individualistic doctrine, it does not explain the moral capacity of the state to act on behalf of its citizens. The internal logic of this theory requires us to return to the theme of the legitimacy of state power. Due to the dual mandatory characteristics of state power, the only way to legitimize it is to find the principle that citizens can agree to, and to legitimize state power from the perspective of equal citizenship. This is precisely the real reason for Rawls-style distributive justice. When state power is justified in this way, there is no reason to continue to regard national boundaries as a moral arbitrariness. Thus, there is no way to move towards equitable global distribution.
