【摘要】：劳动伦理既是人的自由全面发展的哲学基础和逻辑起点：“人因劳动而体面”；也是彰显中国道路、中国理论、中国制度的价值基础和信念诉求。保障劳动者“体面劳动”的权利和义务,践行与社会公平正义、人民福祉增长相衔接的劳动逻辑,进而实现“让人民群众有更多获得感”、“让每个人都有人生出彩机会”、“增进人民福祉,促进人的全面发展”的劳动意义,是共享发展视域下当代中国劳动伦理的现实要求和根本旨趣。改革开放30多年的中国发展模式撼动了整个国际社会,赢得了与18世纪英国工业革命、1789年法国大革命、1917年俄国十月革命、19世纪末20世纪初美国崛起相媲美的“中国崛起”美誉。然而,尽管中国成为了一个既蕴藏着丰富的历史细节与文化细节,又承载着综合国力强和发展潜力大的新型现代化国家,但要实现共享发展视域下的当代中国劳动伦理,让劳动成为人的体面、教养和幸福的生存法则,依然是一项长期而艰巨的任务。如何驾驭、掌控和突围“资本与劳动、效率与公平、需求与供给结构性失衡,经济增长速度放缓,社会流动频率加快,人口老龄化问题凸显,资源环境压力持续加大,地区发展不平衡,公共服务滞后,社会诚信缺失,全民安全焦虑,公平性不足与效率不高并存”的多重挤压围城,是建构当代中国劳动伦理体系无法回避的时代问题和必须遵循的现实逻辑。作为共享发展哲学基础的劳动伦理,不只是一个关涉财富创造与利益分配的经济问题,也是一个关系劳资合作与广泛交往的社会问题,还是一个关乎人的全面发展与幸福生活的伦理道德问题。全文以建构共享发展理念下劳动伦理体系为主旨,透析我国当前劳动伦理领域存在的主要问题,从劳动要素、劳动过程、劳动价值等多维度揭示劳动的伦理意义,以求复归劳动应有的神圣性和伦理精神。全文共七个部分：引论以共享看待劳动,引出劳动伦理研究的现状、意义和本文的主要思路。第一章揭示出劳方与资方的利益博弈、公平与效率的目的纠结、劳动高尚与劳动者卑微之间的主体悖论等当前我国劳动伦理领域存在的主要问题。第二章是全文的理论基础,着重厘清劳动和劳动伦理的概念、内涵及形态,解读马克思以异化劳动为逻辑起点、人的自由全面发展为价值依归的劳动伦理思想。第三章从劳动要素视角阐释劳动伦理,努力回答好“资本与劳动谁养活谁的问题”、“科技发展是对劳动的解放还是对劳动的抛弃的问题”、“管理是对劳动者的束缚还是自由的保障的问题”等。第四章以劳动过程维度分析劳动伦理,对职业选择的伦理审视、职业劳动的伦理向度、延迟退休的伦理检视等劳动者在劳动前、劳动中、劳动后三阶段进行劳动伦理考量。第五章从劳动之于人价值实现程度的角度,对劳动自为与为他的价值两面性,劳动伦理所涉人的生存、生活、发展的价值梯次性,以及劳动与幸福、劳动与交往、劳动与生态等价值关系性,分别作出劳动伦理视角的解析。结语以“走向共享发展的体面劳动”为题,对本课题目标愿景进行总结展望。体面劳动是更具深厚伦理意蕴和深邃伦理精神的劳动伦理形态,倡导和实践体面劳动,就是要让共享发展理念真正落地生根。
