【摘要】：康德主张,行为总是按照一定的准则来实行。但他并没有对准则的内容和复杂性进行过清楚阐述,导致产生准则等级性问题的争论。其实,一个行为的准则并不是单一的,而是有许多,它们来自基于实践推理的准则结构。这个结构的基本要素是实践推理三段论,根据它可以得出准则具有等级性。
[Abstract]:Kant argues that behavior is always carried out in accordance with certain criteria, but he has not clearly stated the content and complexity of the standard, leading to a debate about the hierarchy of standards. In fact. The criterion of a behavior is not single, but there are many, they come from the structure of the criterion based on the practice reasoning. The basic element of this structure is the syllogism of the practice reasoning, according to which we can conclude that the criterion is hierarchical.

【正文快照】： 康德道德哲学的一个核心就是绝对命令,这条命令被表述为“你要仅仅按照你同时也能够愿意它成为一条普遍法则的那个准则去行动”[1]52。根据这个绝对命令,可以对行为者的行为进行道德评价,指出其在道德上恰当与否。康德的道德理论作为一个道德评价理论,包含了清楚的行为理论。
