【摘要】：罗尔斯在成功地推出了政治建构论之前详细论证了康德道德哲学中的建构主义的特点,随即提出了康德式的建构论这一理念。值得注意的是,罗尔斯的“康德式的建构论”理论是康德式的,而不是康德本人的,不能将罗尔斯视角下的康德式的概念理念草率地按在康德个人身上。“康德式的建构论”是罗尔斯本人为其政治理论,即为“政治建构论”做铺垫的。因为对罗尔斯而言,政治领域是他的最终目标和范围空间,所以他必须要在经验世界里重新理解并解释康德的道德理论,抛弃康德的先验的内容成分,抛弃其道德哲学形而上学的部分,重塑一个适合政治哲学领域的康德式的道德哲学。罗尔斯深知,唯有康德式的道德哲学才能为自己推崇的政治建构论保驾护航。本文旨在论述罗尔斯如何从康德的道德学说中论证出康德式的建构主义,以及如何从康德式的建构主义再过渡到政治建构论,并分析罗尔斯对康德道德学说的继承和改变。最终表明本人对罗尔斯一系列论证工作的态度。
[Abstract]:Rawls successfully launched the political construction with the characteristics of Constructivism in Kant's moral philosophy theory, then put forward the construction of Kant's theory of this idea.
