儒家人伦建构中的师友之辨

【摘要】:在儒家人伦体系中,师与友相类亦相异。二者既因独特的身份特质而同为个人"修身之须",且在人伦属性上相似而互通;又因身份特质的不同而各具优势与价值,在人伦体系中亦相分野。师作为"教人以道"的专职人才,能以教化在根本上促成个人求学问道、修身成己,可谓"学之至"。正因如此,师在礼法上与君、父相类,要亲于、尊于且重于友。友作为志同道合者则在切磋砥砺、愉悦人心方面更具价值与优势。相较于师,友能兼顾个人在理性与情感上的需要,在整体上更有利于个人的安顿与完善,可谓"交之尽"。正因如此,"五伦"及友而不及师,在人伦序列上,友被置于更为关键的位置。
[Abstract]:In the Confucian system of human relations, teachers and friends are similar. Both of them are both individual "need of self-cultivation" because of their unique identity characteristics, and they share the same relationship with each other on the nature of human relations. Because of the differences of identity, they have their own advantages and values, and they are also distinguished in the system of human relations. As a full-time talent who teaches people with Tao, teachers can fundamentally promote individual learning and self-cultivation. It can be described as "the most learned". For this reason, the teacher is similar to the monarch and father in etiquette and law, and should be dear, respected and important than friends. Friends, as like-minded people, have more value and advantages in pleasing the hearts and minds, and have more value and advantages than teachers. Friends can take into account the rational and emotional needs of the individual, in the overall more conducive to the personal settlement and perfection, can be described as "the best of friends." because of this, "five" and friends are not as good as teachers, in the human relations sequence. Friends are placed in a more critical position.
