“敬”德论

【摘要】："敬"作为一种道德,出现于西周初年,其最初意义主要是指一种临事态度,即"敬事"。"敬事"表现为两大层面的意义:畏—惧—警的道德心理意识和慎—肃—勤的道德行为表现。当代敬业精神在继承和弘扬其基本理念的基础上,还需结合时代特征,在责任、创新、趣味和乐群等方面予以丰富和发展:凸显责任的属人性与社会性;辩证分析以劳动强度和劳动时间长度为主体的敬业评价尺度,强调创新是人之主体性和创造性特征的集中体现;主张趣味是敬业精神的真正底色;明确乐群这一传统理念与团队精神在内涵上的相合处。
[Abstract]:"respect" as a kind of morality, appeared in the early Western Zhou Dynasty, its initial meaning mainly refers to a kind of temporary attitude. That is, "respecting things". "respecting things" shows two levels of significance: the moral psychological consciousness of fear, fear and police and the moral behavior of discreet and discreet. On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward its basic idea, the contemporary spirit of respect for work is based on its basic idea. It is also necessary to enrich and develop the responsibility, innovation, interest and music in the light of the characteristics of the times: to highlight the human nature and sociality of responsibility; Dialectical analysis of the labor intensity and length of labor as the main evaluation criteria of professional engagement, emphasizing that innovation is the focus of human subjectivity and creative characteristics; Maintain that interest is the true background of professionalism; Clarify the traditional concept of music and team spirit in the connotation of the coincidence.
