缓和医疗的伦理审视及其保障

【摘要】：疾病诊治问题深刻触动着国人神经,成为改革往纵深推进中汇聚各种诉求、焦虑乃至抗争的"时代议题"。缓和医疗作为一种新兴的医学理念和医疗实践,对患者和患者生命质量的重视、体认以及对患者主体性的尊重,使其呈现出与常规医疗迥异的特质,也是社会成员死亡教育的生动素材和难得契机。缓和医疗在保障患者生存尊严、减轻患者经济压力、缓解医患关系等方面的积极效应有效回应了盘桓于医疗领域的社会关切。有限度的和有选择性的放弃治疗要求对缓和医疗进行最严格的伦理规范,患者知情与同意可以避免其被滥用,而制度性的规范与支持、多功能团队的介入合作为缓和医疗顺利开展提供了保障。
[Abstract]:The problem of disease diagnosis and treatment has deeply touched the nerves of Chinese people, and has become a "topic of the times" in which various demands, anxieties, and even struggles are gathered in the process of deepening the reform. As a new medical concept and practice, palliative medical treatment has become a new concept and practice. The emphasis on the quality of life of patients and patients, their recognition and respect for patients' subjectivity make them show a different quality from conventional medical treatment. It is also a vivid material and a rare opportunity for the death education of the members of the society. To ease the medical treatment is to ensure the survival dignity of the patients and alleviate the economic pressure of the patients. The positive effects of easing the doctor-patient relationship have effectively responded to social concerns in the medical field. Limited and selective abandonment of treatment requires the strictest ethical norms of palliative care, Patients' informed consent can avoid their abuse, while institutional norms and support, multi-functional team intervention and cooperation provide a guarantee for the smooth development of palliative care.
