论加强社会商德建设之必要性及措施

【摘要】：在商品经济社会中,每一个人都必然是商品消费者,都会受到社会商德状况的影响。近些年来,我国社会商德状况不佳,各地市场上频频发生食品安全恶性事件、虚假宣传欺骗消费者事件、粗制滥造劣质商品事件,侵害了广大消费者的利益,引起了人们普遍的忧虑和愤慨。全社会尤其是各级管理者,必须充分估计社会商德恶化的严重程度,高度重视社会商德不佳的恶劣影响,深刻认识加强社会商德建设的必要性。国家要进一步重视使用法律手段,各级政府要进一步重视使用行政手段,党和政府要更加重视社会商德宣传教育,多管齐下阻遏商德堕落,改善商德状况。
[Abstract]:In a commodity economy society, everyone is bound to be a commodity consumer and will be influenced by the social commercial morality. In recent years, the social commercial ethics in China have been poor, and food safety vicious incidents have frequently occurred in various markets. The incidents of false propaganda and cheating of consumers and shoddy production of inferior goods have infringed the interests of the broad masses of consumers and caused widespread anxiety and indignation. The whole society, especially the managers at all levels, We must fully estimate the seriousness of the deterioration of social commercial ethics, attach great importance to the adverse effects of social commercial ethics, and deeply understand the necessity of strengthening the construction of social commercial ethics. The state should pay more attention to the use of legal means, Governments at all levels should pay more attention to the use of administrative means, and the party and government should pay more attention to the propaganda and education of social business ethics, to curb the decline of business ethics in a multi-pronged manner, and to improve the situation of business ethics.
