信息消费的伦理困境及其应对路径

【摘要】:网络信息消费的兴起一方面满足了信息时代消费主体个性化、多样化的需求,但另一方面也滋生了诸多道德失范的乱象。如搜索引擎中的信息误导和数据滥用、网络新闻消费中的肤浅浮躁、社交媒体中的虚假信息和垃圾信息的传播等。究其原因,信息消费服务提供者受资本盈利逻辑的支配而忽视了信息惠民的价值;信息消费内容的提供者过度迎合消费需求而疏于对用户良好阅读习惯的培育;网络社交具有的低成本性、虚拟性等特性也是虚假信息传播的重要因素。基于此,构建一个风清气正的网络共同体环境应从培育每一个信息消费参与者的责任意识入手,信息消费服务提供者和内容生产者应厘清追求盈利和承担社会责任的边界;信息消费主体提升自身的信息素养是其履行社会责任的前提。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, the rise of network information consumption satisfies the individualized and diversified needs of consumers in the information age, but on the other hand, it also breeds a lot of disorder of moral anomie, such as information misdirection and data abuse in search engines. The superficial impetuosity in the consumption of network news, the spread of false information and junk information in social media, etc. The reason is that the service providers of information consumption are dominated by the logic of capital profit and ignore the value of information benefiting the people; The providers of information consumption content over-cater to the consumption demand and neglect the cultivation of good reading habits of users; the low-cost and fictitious characteristics of online social interaction are also important factors in the dissemination of false information. To construct a network community environment should start with cultivating the responsibility consciousness of each information consumer participant, and the service provider and content producer of information consumption should clarify the boundary of pursuing profit and undertaking social responsibility. It is the premise of information consumer to improve their own information literacy.
