网络道德建设的赏罚机制研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术的发展,网络渗入到人们日常生活中的各个方面,开创了网络社会这一新的空间平台,给人们生活带来了极大的便利。但随之而来的是社会现实道德规范已经不再具有强有力的约束,出现了很多网络道德问题,网络道德建设已成为当下伦理学领域研究的重大课题。赏罚机制是社会调控的一种有效手段,在网络道德规范变成网民道德的过程中,合理运用赏罚机制,能为个体确立正确的价值导向,使之在强烈的情感体验中,不断加强对道德行为的理解和道德规范的消化,规范网络主体行为,营造良好的网络道德秩序。论文先介绍了研究的意义、简单梳理了国内外学术界对这一问题的研究情况,因目前网络道德赏罚机制研究不多,网络道德建设的有效保障措施不健全,网络道德建设的赏罚机制研究具有非常重大的理论意义和实践意义。接着阐释了网络社会的含义、特点、网络社会与道德的关系、网络道德的特殊性,分析了网络道德的现状及网络道德失范的原因,得出加强网络道德建设刻不容缓,尤其是根据网络道德建设的主体也是现实中的人这个特点,提出要着重加强网络道德主体建设来推动网络道德建设。归纳总结了网络道德建设是将网络道德内化为网民道德的过程,在这个过程中呈现出他律和自律有机结合,受动性和能动性相互作用、由定向阶段向良心阶段不断演进的客观规律。概括了赏罚的内涵、特点,论述了赏罚机制是网络道德建设中提高网络主体道德认知,维护网络社会良好秩序、培育网络主体德性的重要保证,是促使网民自觉遵守道德规范的有效保障手段。从网络道德建设的实效性出发,提出网络道德建设赏罚机制应用的原则和实施的三大路径,即道德赏罚、法律赏罚和行政赏罚,根据道德赏罚的有限性特点,主张建议将无形的道德赏罚与有形有力法律赏罚和行政赏罚相结合,相辅相成,共同营造良好的网络环境,引领和推动社会主义道德建设不断前行。
