从“发呼情止乎礼”到“发呼欲止乎惧”

【摘要】：人的本质或本性到底是什么?这是一个古老而又常新的话题,这一千古之谜一直激励古今中外的哲人们上下而求索。尽管始终没有获得明确一致的解答,但哲人们都或隐或显地感悟到人是一种悖论性的存在,即人是具有双重本性的特殊存在物。人作为自然界长期进化发展的产物,人首先具有自然属性,人作为肉体存在物,永远无法摆脱自然属性的羁绊;但人同时又具有超自然的道德、精神和社会属性,从而使人成为真正意义上的人。人的道德、精神、社会属性使人能够自觉遵循道德、礼教等社会规范,而人的自然属性和本能欲望,又使人总是自觉或不自觉地破坏社会道德规范。因此为了使社会更加规范、和谐,还需要对人的自然本性加以法律外在强制与约束。
[Abstract]:What is the essence or nature of man? This is an old and often new topic, and the mystery of 1,000 has inspired philosophers, both ancient and modern, to look up and down, even though there has never been a clear and consistent answer. However, philosophers either implicitly or explicitly realize that man is a paradoxical being, that is, man is a special being with dual nature. As a product of the long-term evolution and development of nature, man, first of all, has a natural attribute, and man is a physical being. We can never get rid of the fetters of natural attributes, but people have supernatural moral, spiritual and social attributes at the same time, so that we can become people in the true sense. Social norms such as etiquette and education, and people's natural attributes and instinctive desires, make people always consciously or unconsciously destroy the social moral norms. Therefore, in order to make the society more normative and harmonious, It is also necessary to impose and restrain the natural nature of human beings.
