独生女农户生计脆弱性的行政伦理关怀

【摘要】：我国独生女儿农户是特别时期、特定政策和特殊意愿共同作用的弱势群体。本文利用实地调查数据和实例,从人力资本、金融资本、社会资本、照护资本等方面探究了独生女儿农户生计脆弱度不断加深、脆弱面不断扩大的发展趋势。独生女儿农户生计的脆弱亟待行政主体从行政责任和行政良心方面,加强对未来这个弱势群体的伦理关怀,增加生计资本、降低脆弱风险、破解脆弱难题。
[Abstract]:Farmers with only daughters in our country are the vulnerable groups in special period, special policy and special will. This paper makes use of field investigation data and examples, from human capital, financial capital, social capital. From the aspects of care capital and other aspects, the author explores the development trend of the vulnerability of farmers' livelihood and the expanding of their vulnerability. The fragility of farmers' livelihood of only daughters is urgently needed from the administrative responsibility and the administrative conscience. Strengthen the ethical concern for this vulnerable group in the future, increase livelihood capital, reduce vulnerability risk and solve vulnerability problems.
