托克维尔和密尔对民主难题的破解及其伦理价值

【摘要】：在现代世界不可避免的民主总体上令人满意,但民主的良性运转需要一定的条件。如果这些条件得不到满足,民主对人性、人类幸福就会造成极端可怕的后果:公德的缺乏、"集体的平庸"和"多数人的暴政"。托克维尔和密尔孜孜寻求民主化时代难题的破解之道——在自由的制度和环境中实现人的品格尤其是高尚品格的培养,这既为社会转型期的我国解决这些问题提供了启发与借鉴,又为理解作为社会主义核心价值观的民主、平等和自由开启了一个新的维度。
[Abstract]:The inevitable democracy in the modern world is generally satisfactory, but the sound functioning of democracy requires certain conditions. If these conditions are not met, democracy is human, Human happiness has dire consequences: the lack of public morality, the "banality of the collective" and the "tyranny of the majority." Tocqueville and Milciz seek solutions to the dilemmas of the age of democratization-in free institutions and environments. To achieve the cultivation of human character, especially high character, This not only provides inspiration and reference for our country to solve these problems in the period of social transformation, but also opens a new dimension for understanding democracy, equality and freedom as the core values of socialism.
