浅析“环境正义”视角下的环境伦理

【摘要】：进入20世纪90年代,以西方环境伦理为主体的当代环境伦理由于欠缺对现实的关注而陷入发展困境,脱离现实具体情况而无法应对环境保护实践中的一些现实问题。同时,在环境保护中,长期的权利和义务不对等使得"环境不公"问题越来越突出。传统的环境保护运动发展到"环境正义运动",该运动波及范围广、影响大、持续时间长。在西方发达国家内迅速传播的同时,也在全球范围内,尤其是发展中国家和地区也得到了积极响应。"环境正义运动"的兴起和"环境正义"的一些重要意识、思想、理念,冲击了以西方环境伦理为主体的当代伦理理论和实践;冲破西方极具代表性的浪漫主义,把环境伦理从超脱世俗,超然世外的环境伦理拉回具体的、复杂的现实。
[Abstract]:In 1990s, the contemporary environmental ethics, with western environmental ethics as the main body, has been caught in a development dilemma because of its lack of attention to the reality, and has been unable to deal with some practical problems in the practice of environmental protection because of its lack of attention to the reality. In the process of environmental protection, the problem of "environmental injustice" is becoming more and more prominent because of the unequal rights and obligations for a long time. The traditional environmental protection movement has developed into the "Environmental Justice Movement", which affects a wide range of people and has a great impact on it. It lasted a long time. While spreading rapidly in the developed countries of the West, it also received positive responses in the world, especially in the developing countries and regions. The rise of the "Environmental Justice Movement" and some important awareness of "Environmental Justice", Thoughts, ideas, impact on the western environmental ethics as the main body of the contemporary ethical theory and practice, breaking through the West's most representative romanticism, environmental ethics from the transcendental, transcendental environmental ethics back to the specific, complex reality.
