共享发展进程中的企业境遇及其伦理建构

【摘要】：作为理念的"共享发展"要成为可践行的现实化的行动法则,必须具体化为经济、政治、社会等不同领域主体的权利、义务和责任关系。作为经济实体的企业在何种程度上、以何种方式契合于共享发展理念,如何把脉共享发展进程中企业的现实境遇,企业又该如何作为,是一系列需要进行前瞻性分析和研究的企业发展所必须直面的"共享问题"。只有在理性反思这些"共享问题"的基础上,建构与之相适应的共享伦理支持系统,企业才能成为自觉践行共享发展理念的实践主体。
[Abstract]:"shared development", as an idea, must be translated into the relations of rights, obligations and responsibilities of the subjects in different fields, such as economy, politics, society, and so on, in order to become a practical practical action rule. To what extent are enterprises as economic entities? How to fit in with the concept of shared development, how to share the development process of the actual situation of enterprises, and how enterprises should act, It is a series of "sharing problems" that must be faced by a series of enterprises that need to carry out forward-looking analysis and research. Only on the basis of rational reflection on these "sharing problems", a supporting system of shared ethics is constructed. Only in this way can the enterprise become the main body of the practice of practicing the concept of shared development.
