生态文明建设与民族地区跨越式发展——以黔东南少数民族地区为例

【摘要】：生态文明建设是一个复杂的历史的现代化总体图景,必须发挥全民智慧、多方力量,现阶段在民族地区开展生态文明建设意义重大而深远。少数民族地区要实现经济跨越式发展,从贫困走向富裕,就必须以生态文明建设为核心和前提,通过建立生态产业结构、重视生态小城镇的建设等来实现民族地区经济的生态化、和谐化和可持续化发展,使经济和生态化共同快速发展,从而实现少数民族地区由工业文明阶段向生态文明新阶段的跨越。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological civilization is a complex historical overall picture of modernization. It is necessary to give full play to the wisdom of the whole people and various forces. It is of great significance and far-reaching significance to carry out ecological civilization construction in ethnic minority areas at the present stage. In order to realize economic leap-forward development from poverty to prosperity in minority areas, we must take the construction of ecological civilization as the core and premise, and establish the ecological industrial structure through the establishment of ecological industrial structure. Attach importance to the construction of small ecological towns to realize the ecologicalization, harmony and sustainable development of the economy in minority areas, so that the economy and ecology can develop rapidly together. In order to realize the transition from industrial civilization stage to new stage of ecological civilization in minority areas.
