道德的功能及其前提

【摘要】：道德对经济社会发展具有重要作用,能够提升人力资本的价值,节约交易费用,形成合作效益,为社会体制提供合理性支持,促进经济发展与人的全面发展的良性互动。但是,道德功能的实现是有前提条件的,包括正当利益的实现和社会制度两个方面。要使人们遵循道德规范,必须坚持符合正义的利益原则,使不道德行为的实施者得到净损失;同时,产权是伦理道德产生的基础,信用是道德的有力约束,良好的行政运行机制是道德的保证,因而完备的产权制度和信用制度以及行政机构的良性运行是维护和实现社会道德的根本前提。
[Abstract]:Morality plays an important role in economic and social development. It can enhance the value of human capital, save transaction costs, form cooperative benefits, provide rational support for social system, and promote the positive interaction between economic development and overall human development. The realization of moral function is subject to preconditions, including the realization of legitimate interests and the social system. In order to make people follow the moral norms, we must adhere to the principle of interests in conformity with justice and make the perpetrators of immoral behaviors receive net losses; At the same time, property right is the foundation of ethics and morality, credit is the strong constraint of morality, and good administrative operating mechanism is the guarantee of morality. Therefore, complete property right system, credit system and the benign operation of administrative institutions are the fundamental premise to maintain and realize social morality.
