论财富公正之间的互补与均衡原则

【摘要】：在追求财富公平正义的过程中,当我们按照某单一的公正原则来消除非正义现象而追求离正义越来越近之时,必然导致在另一种公正原则上非正义现象的不断扩大,即后者意义上的正义越来越远。在财富伦理上的重要表现是如果单一地将"起点与结果的平等"作为正义标准,则这种正义实施得越彻底,则会造成在"过程的平等"意义上的越来越严重的非正义。这就说是说,我们不可能同时得到两种不同意义上的正义,此称为"公正的不相容原理"。而要建立稳定和谐的社会,各种意义上的正义缺一不可,因此各种不同意义上的正义又是互补的。这就要求我们不要过度追求某种单一的正义目标,而要追求各种正义目标之间的互补与均衡,我们将此称为"公正的互补原理"。
[Abstract]:In the process of pursuing wealth fairness and justice, when we eliminate injustice in accordance with a single principle of justice and pursue justice more and more closely, it will inevitably lead to the continuous expansion of injustice in another kind of justice principle. That is to say, justice in the latter sense is getting farther and further. The important manifestation of wealth ethics is that if "equality of starting point and result" is taken as the criterion of justice, the more thoroughly this justice is implemented, It will result in more and more injustice in the sense of "equality of processes." this means that we cannot obtain two different senses of justice at the same time, which is called the "principle of incompatibility of justice." and we want to build a stable and harmonious society. Justice in every sense is indispensable, and therefore justice in different senses is complementary. This requires us not to excessively pursue a single objective of justice, but to pursue complementarity and balance among the objectives of justice. We call this the "principle of complementarity of justice".
