道德规范应用适当性的话语论证

【摘要】：道德规范的话语论证包括规范成立的正当性论证和规范应用的适当性论证。道德规范的应用问题在现当代逐渐突出。哈贝马斯认为这是话语伦理学的重要问题;贡特尔区分了道德规范应用论证中限于语境和超越语境的两种情况,认为需要对规范所应用的情景的特征进行描述,同时应用到语境中的规范本身需要保持一致;莱格则认为,面对一定应用情景,道德规范需要排序,从中选择最适合该情景的规范。
[Abstract]:The discourse argumentation of moral norms includes the justification of the establishment of norms and the appropriateness of the application of norms. The application of moral norms is gradually prominent in modern times. Habermas believes that this is an important issue of discourse ethics; Gunter distinguishes the two situations in which the application of moral norms is limited to context and transcends context, and argues that the characteristics of the situation used by norms need to be described, while the norms applied to context themselves need to be consistent. In the face of a certain application scenario, the moral code needs to be sorted, from which to choose the most suitable for the situation.
