云计算伦理问题研究

【摘要】：云计算自诞生以来得到了社会各界的广泛关注。它被认为是继个人计算机、互联网之后,出现在信息领域的第三次革命。它是一种由网络计算、分布式计算和并行处理等多种计算机技术融合而成的新兴技术。在业界一直认可的特征包括按需自助服务、宽带网络接入、可测量的服务等。本文以借助网络发展的云计算技术为背景,用不同的视角总结出不同于以往的云计算的特点即虚拟性、全球性、定制性、跨区域分布。云计算是一把“双刃剑”,在给人们带来便利的同时也带来了一些伦理问题。本文分为四章,第一章介绍了选题的背景及依据,通过文献综述法对现有的国内外关于云计算的各种伦理问题进行梳理。第二章主要介绍了云计算伦理问题的技术背景,包括云计算技术的出现、概念、技术架构及特点。第三章着重对云计算产生的隐私、安全、信任危机和知识产权这四个问题进行分析。第四章是针对云计算的四个伦理问题提出对策,结合科学技术哲学和伦理学的学科知识,最终提出应遵循伦理原则和建立健全的伦理审查制度共同使用的对策。伦理原则包括知情同意原则、不伤害原则、责任原则和自由共享原则。从颁布具有统一性地技术标准和法律与建立伦理委员会审查机制来健全伦理审查制度。这是一种全新的解决伦理问题的方法,对处理云计算的伦理问题具有指导意义,也为人类更好地使用云计算提供了保障。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing has received wide attention from all walks of life since its birth.It is thought to be the third revolution in the field of information after personal computers and the Internet.It is a new technology which is composed of network computing, distributed computing and parallel processing.Features that have long been recognized in the industry include self-service on demand, broadband network access, measurable services, etc.In this paper, with the help of network development of cloud computing technology as the background, with different perspectives summed up different from the previous characteristics of cloud computing, namely virtual, global, customized, cross-regional distribution.Cloud computing is a "double-edged sword", which brings people convenience and some ethical problems.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and basis of the topic, and combs the existing ethical issues of cloud computing at home and abroad through literature review.The second chapter mainly introduces the technical background of cloud computing ethics, including the emergence, concept, technical framework and characteristics of cloud computing technology.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of privacy, security, trust crisis and intellectual property generated by cloud computing.The fourth chapter is to propose countermeasures for the four ethical problems of cloud computing, combined with the scientific and technological philosophy and ethics knowledge, and finally put forward the countermeasures that should follow ethical principles and establish a sound ethical review system to use together.Ethical principles include the principle of informed consent, the principle of no harm, the principle of responsibility and the principle of free sharing.From promulgating unified technical standards and laws and establishing the examination mechanism of ethics committee to perfect the system of ethics review.This is a new way to solve ethical problems, which has guiding significance to deal with the ethical problems of cloud computing, and also provides a guarantee for better use of cloud computing.
